Lobel Services pursues the following objectives and targets in support of maintaining the effectiveness of our OHSE Management Plan.
Objective:
Employees are provided with regular and up-to-date information on OHSE for the duration of the Project.
Target:
We review the content of the OHSE Management Plan at maximum intervals of six months (or more frequently as required) so as to maintain the currency of information provided to employees and others.
Objective:
Employees are familiar with the hazards and risks associated with the Site and are aware of the respective risk rankings risk ranking.
Target:
Services Safe Work Method Statement(s) list, as a minimum, those hazards and risks associated with the Site, and ranks them as levels 1 , 2 or 3.
Objective:
Employees are regularly consulted on matters that relate to the OHSE Plan.
Target:
Toolbox/pre-start meetings or other agreed methods of consultation are undertaken on a regular basis.
Objective:
Employees are provided with training to enable work practices to be undertaken that are safe and minimise risk to the environment.
Target:
All employees involved with the work have undertaken as a minimum the three levels of induction training, i.e. general industry (safety awareness) training, site specific training and work activity training as noted in the Services Safe Work Method Statement(s) specific to the Project.
Objective:
All employees actively observe and comply with the safe work practices.
Target:
All employees observe and comply with the requirements of the Safe Works Method Statement(s) specific to the Site.
