Convening OHSE talks

Lobel Services conducts regular toolbox or pre-start talks with our Employees. The topics discussed and decisions reached are recorded on the proforma Services Toolbox/Pre-start Talks record sheet shown below. All participants sign the record sheet as confirmation of their attendance.

All corrective actions that are noted on the record sheet are assigned to a nominee. When the corrective action is undertaken, the nominee signs the record sheet to indicate the action is complete.  It is the responsibility of the Managing Director to ensure that all corrective actions are completed and reviewed for effectiveness.
