Lobel Services regularly inspects and maintains all plant and equipment. We ensure that plant and equipment inspection and maintenance practices are in accordance with the relevant standard and the manufacturers' recommendations. The inspection and maintenance history of each item is documented.
Regulatory authorities require that certain items of plant and equipment are registered in accordance with statutory compliance rules or legislation. We ensure that control measures are implemented and documented for all of our plant and equipment that is deemed as "high-risk" (including aspects of their their operation). The potential impacts effect of our plant and equipment on the workplace is considered and documented in the Services Safe Work Method Statement(s).
Where plant and equipment faults are detected during pre-start checks, regular checks, scheduled maintenance or arising from fault reports, these are notified to the Managing Director, documented in plant log books and made available to relevant parties on request.
Where plant and equipment is hired, the same requirements as those above apply.
